Ingredients
- 1.5 kg frozen spinach
- 1 L whole milk (3.5% fat)
- 100 g flour
- 2 tbsp garlic granules (20 g)
- 2 tsp salt (10 g)
- ½ tsp pepper (2 g)
I could eat this spinach recipe every single week. I am not sure why I love it so much — maybe it is because I have a soft spot for pudding-like textures. I like to serve it with a little cottage cheese, toasted bread, and eggs fried in a pan (poached eggs work great too). The truth is this recipe is easy to make, healthy, filling, cheap, and completely meat-free. Sounds too good to be true. You might not love it, but it is absolutely worth trying.
Instructions
- 1.Place the bags of frozen spinach in the pressure cooker together with the milk, salt, pepper, and garlic, and cook on the steam program for 3 minutes.
- 2.Add the flour and blend using an immersion blender or a regular blender until you get a smooth puree.
