- 1 tofu (approx. 200g)
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli (aprox. 500g)
- 50g basmati rice (or any rice you have)
- 300ml water

Instructions
- 1.Prepare the rice by boiling it with 300ml water (or as instructed on the bag)
- 2.Boil the broccoli for 6 minutes (or as instructed on the bag) in water with salt
